Experimentation at monthly tournaments to prepare for state levels

I am willing to break up my winning squad for the sake of preparing for the 2010 state levels.
It was a conscious decision to blood young talent" I'd already told the players well in advance that we needed to get the next generation involved. We've had the same team together for around 3 years, but 2010 is only one month away.
We still have some exceptional players. But it's just that the average one across that group isn't enough to make ours competitive.

ANNAPOORNI to lead FRITZ in STATE LEVEL CHESS

Annapoorni will lead fritz team in the forthcoming state level chess tournament to be held in hosur, on December 26 & 27, according to sources within the team. the team composition will be announced later.

camps

planned coaching camps were cancelled due to burn out for players.

What now, FRITZ CHESS ACADEMY ?

WE will recommend that players be sent to play in leagues to prepare for state championships.
The team will no longer be in full-time training upon their return from titan chess tournament on sunday as the players will be required to play for their academies in the forthcoming tournaments.
“There is no need for the training to continue as we feel that the players need a break and will be busy with their academy commitments,”
“So, for the next two months we do not expect any camps for the team and it will be a good time for us to reflect on their plans for the team.

FRITZ ready to help groom promising juniors

Junior players in the FRITZ team have showed their potential and OUR ACADEMY was ready to go the extra mile to help develop them into top players.
“But unless we are ready to expose these young players and provide them with the platform to play in various tournaments, their development will be stagnated
state championships next year would be a priority for the team as the winner can win automatic qualification to the nationals.
